We are so delighted you are planning to bring your students to the Idea Festival Youth Event in your area. This program is presented at no cost. Schools, organizations, institutions, and individuals are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. Lunch is provided and students will not need any cash on hand at the event. We will be contacting each group's supervisor just before the event to request a basic roster with demographics of your attendees. Our community and corporate partners often want a picture of who we are serving and your assistance in providing that information is vital. The information will never be utilized outside of the organization and will not contain any contact information for the students in order to ensure their safety. Please let us know if we can answer any questions or be of assistance to you as you gather students for this event. It is our sincere desire to provide a wonderful resource to Kentucky students. We believe that an investment in them is an investment in the future of our state.
