Bluegrass Tomorrow was awarded an assistance grant from the National Park Service Rivers Trails Conservation Assistance (RTCA) program to work on creating multi-modal trail linkages between Fayette and Scott Counties in 2012 and 2013, and was awarded another assistance grant for Phase II in the Bluegrass Region in 2016 and 2017 for Woodford, Franklin and Owen Counties, working with RTCA staff on partnership-building to achieve community-set goals, through organizational development, assessing resources, developing concept plans, public education and participation and identifying potential sources of funding.
